Privacy Policy
Grizzly Restoration collects only the information needed to respond to your inquiry and schedule an estimate: your name, phone number, email, property address, and any details you share about the damage. When you submit our contact form, that information comes directly to our office. We also use basic website analytics to understand how visitors use our site, which does not identify you personally.
We use your information to respond to requests, schedule site visits, prepare estimates, and, when you authorize it, document loss details for insurance claims. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We share it only with your consent, typically to coordinate directly with your insurance carrier or adjuster on a claim.
We retain inquiry and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to support ongoing work, warranty questions, and insurance documentation, after which records are archived or deleted. California residents have rights under the CCPA to request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold. Because we operate exclusively in Fresno and serve US-based clients, GDPR generally does not apply to our business, but we handle all personal data with the same care regardless of where a request originates.
If you have questions about how we handle your information or want to exercise a privacy right, contact us at office@grizzlyrestoreinc.com or (559) 417-5369.
Terms of Service
Grizzly Restoration provides water, fire, mold, sewage, storm, and related restoration and reconstruction services to properties in Fresno, California. Work outside this service area is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Estimates provided over the phone, by email, or during an initial walkthrough are good-faith assessments based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. They are not binding contracts. The actual scope, pricing, and terms of a project are set out in a signed work-authorization form, which governs the service relationship once both parties agree to it. Hidden damage discovered once work begins, such as saturated subfloor or framing behind finished walls, may change the scope and cost, and we will communicate that before proceeding.
Payment terms, including deposits, progress billing, and accepted payment methods, are outlined in your signed work authorization. Where a property owner is pursuing an insurance claim, we can document the loss and work directly with the carrier on the owner’s authorization, but the property owner remains responsible for payment terms as agreed in the work authorization, independent of how or when a claim settles.
Grizzly Restoration performs work as a licensed contractor operating within California state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed authorization and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, unrelated systems, or damage not identified at the time of service. Disputes arising from a project are first addressed directly between the parties in good faith; if unresolved, they are handled according to the resolution terms specified in the signed work-authorization agreement.
