Grizzly Restoration is based in Fresno and dispatches crews around the clock, since our phone line runs 24/7. When you call, a technician walks through what’s happening at your property, gets a rough sense of urgency, and schedules the right crew, whether that’s a same-day response for a burst pipe or a scheduled visit for a mold inspection.

Where we work

Our home base sits inside Fresno city limits, and that’s where we concentrate our crews, trucks, and drying equipment. Fresno’s layout, with Highway 99 running north-south and Highway 41 and 180 cutting east-west, lets us move across town without the chokepoints you’d find in a denser coastal city. That matters when a water loss is spreading by the hour.

Coverage by distance

Calls from central and downtown Fresno typically get first look simply because crews and equipment are staged closest to that core. From there we move out toward north Fresno, the Tower District area, and the southeast side of the city, adjusting the order based on what’s already on the schedule and how severe each loss is. We don’t promise a clock-time arrival window since that depends on traffic on a given day and how many jobs are already in progress, but active water and fire losses always jump ahead of routine inspections or scheduled remediation work.
